We are so very excited to kick off our 2023 season on Tuesday, July 25 2023! We will be getting to experience more sunflower varieties this year than ever! 24 Different types of sunflowers have been planted and are all growing and starting to bloom in their own time! We will have special appearances this season from Lavender and Honey Coffee Co. as well as other special guest appearances to be announced on our social media sites. So, stop on over on Instagram or Facebook to see some special announcements.
SEE YOU ALL ON THE FARM!
We will have not 1 or 2, but many different types of Sunflowers in our field this year! We can't wait to share with you the ones we've purposefully selected! Most of our sunflowers are included in the U-Pick admission price.
We have carefully planned some very beautiful photo opportunities. Please feel free to bring your own photographer or if you would like a recommendation we can gladly help you get connected with one!
This is a brand new adventure for us, so we thank you, so very much, for your interest in coming to see our farm and hopefully, making some beautiful memories!
There is an admission price of $20 per car. Included in this price is 1 dozen U-Pick Sunflowers, and the opportunity to explore the farm. We accept cash or Venmo payments.
We are Mike and Amy Shimon.
Mike was born and raised in WI. Grew up playing sports in Hartford, and lovingly serves the community through his involvement with Shimon Funeral Home, and the Hartford Chamber of Commerce.
I was born in Alaska, raised in Oregon and have since, called WI home for the past 20+ years. You may recognize me from working at Glacier Hills Credit Union in Hartford, before becoming a stay at home mom for the past 10 years.
We both love being outside, traveling and, of course, spending time with our 4 kids, our cholate lab, and stubborn English bulldog.
